WPC PVC Wood Plastic Foam Plate Furniture Board Kitchen Cabinet Board Making Machine components: 1. Extruder system: TSK-130 flat double extruder is adopted. The screw design conforms to the process characteristics, the extrusion amount is large, the material is evenly sheared, and the extrusion efficiency is high. 2. Mold system: The special flow channel structure of the crust foaming board is adopted to make the material extrusion and foaming uniform. 3. Cooling and setting system: It adopts pressure plate type structure and hydraulic system control, which makes the plate size precision control easy. The piping designed by the cooling system allows the sheet to be cooled more evenly and quickly set. 4. Traction and cutting system: The roller type combined traction machine is used to make the traction force measurement and adjustment simple, and the roller traction machine and the wide-width cutting machine are electrically synchronized to control the plate incision straight. The entire production line has a beautiful appearance and is easy to operate electrically. The produced sheet has high foaming magnification, high surface hardness and smooth surface wear resistance.
