Plastic Recycling Line For Waste PET Bottle Washing Machine
PET cleaning equipment mainly consists of: conveyor belt (or screw feeding machine), crusher, screw elevator, parallel cleaning machine (friction washing machine), screw belt main washing machine, rinsing machine, bottle flake dehydrator, silo, etc.
Notes for use of PET cleaning equipment:
1. Crushing: select the appropriate crusher (forced feeding crusher) and adjust the distance between the knife and the bottom of the screen to prevent too much debris.
2. Main washing: choose equipment with washing and heating functions (screw belt main washing machine), and ensure the washing time;Choose the right cleaner to make sure all stubborn stains are removed.
3. Rinsing: it is better to use the rinsing equipment with rubbing (screw strip rinsing machine) to further remove the remaining stains and cleaning agents;
4 dehydration: the best is a cyclone dehydrator, energy saving, high dehydration rate.
