Plastic PVC Wall Panel Extrusion Mould Plastic ceiling panel making machinery
1, If change certain screw and mould, the pvc profile machine can directly extrude foaming profiles, and the effect is much better than that of single-screw.
2, pvc profile extrusion line is optimumly designed by referring to the latest overseas technology, it bears the features of even plasticization, low cutting rate, high output, and long lifespan, etc. And it composes conical double-screw extruder, vacuum sizing platform, tractor, cutting and film coating machine and material stirring bracket,etc.
3, The pvc profile machine is run by alternating current frequency controller or direct current controllable silicon. The temperature controlling instrument is introduced from abroad. In addition, the vacuum pump and traction engine of the auxiliary machines are quality products which can be maintained easily
4, To match with different moulds, the shape-fixing platform of 4m, 6m, 8m or 11m, etc. can be chosen accordingly. The main machine with parallel double-screw is especially suitable for high-speed extrusion of various kinds of profiles.
Components of Plastic PVC Ceiling Wall Panel/ Board Profile Extrusion Machine
a. Conical twin screw extruder:
Using the high efficient conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC power to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.
b. Extrusion Mould:
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality PVC profiles. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the PVC profiles fast calibrated and cooled.
c. Spraying and cooling table of Plastic PVC Ceiling Wall Panel/ Board Profile Extrusion Machine:
Rapid vacuum calibrating system allows the hot extruded PVC profiles to be cooled in a very short time and obtain the final size. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly enhance the sizing and cooling performance as well as the production speed.
d. Haul off machine:
Adopts caterpillar type suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed.
e. Cutting machine:
Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.
