1.1A extruder: sj120/35 (motor power 132KW)
1.2B extruder: sj65/35 (motor 55KW)
1.3 extrusion output of the production line: 600 sheets/day
2. Three-layer composite distributor:
2.1 by co-extrusion with two sets of extruders, the upper and lower surface materials of the product can be compounded and evenly
2.2 composite thickness can be flexibly adjusted as required
3. Multi-layer lattice mold:
3.1 die mandrel adopts the latest three-layer square structure
3.2 double flow channel design is adopted in the internal flow channel of the mold to ensure the stability of extrusion materials
