1. Product description
Automatic PLC touch screen mesh panel welding machine is used for making wire mesh. The machine equipped with automatic straightening cutting device. This device straighten and cut weft wire into fixed length. Then worker put those weft wires into hopper, the weft wires will fall automatically. Mesh welding lines for production of engineered fabric and special sheets, offering very short changeover times for most efficient production even of very small number of sheets. Processing of cold and hot rolled wires and bars.

3. Application area

a. To strengthen easy operation of machine, we use proximity switch between upper and lower welding heads, when cross wire doesn’t reach, the machine will stop automatically.
b. The new wire mesh welding machine added the bear wire net and carry equipment that makes the working more convenience .
c. Servo motor control, mesh size will be more precise than the stepper motor.
d. This wire mesh welding machine adopts synchronous control technique.
