Automatic panel mesh CNC pneumatic spot welding machine is used for making panel mesh. Mesh pulling system is controlled by PLC,different cross wire pitch is available in one mesh panel,easy for operation. Each transformer is controlled by micro controller,more smart for setting welding time and welding current.

3. Application area
The automatic panel mesh CNC pneumatic spot welding machine can be used in mainly used for the construction mesh, breeding mesh, interior decoration etc.
4. Advantages
a. To increase safety of machine, we protect every transmission part (chain, rotate) with protective cover; and add switch in the electric cabinet, so when there is any wrong operation, the cabinet and machine will immediately cut off to avoid any electric shock.
b. Cross wire hopper with loading capacity 100kg.
c. Electrodes with cooling water, good for wire 3-8mm.
d. The new wire mesh welding machine added the bear wire net and carry equipment that makes the working more convenience .
