3. Application area
The stainless steel wire roll mesh welding machine is used to making stainless steel mesh. Made with big cabinet structure, reliable and stable, low noise, integration of machine and motor, automatic straightening and weft wire feeding, for multi uses. This machine is suitable for light type welded wire mesh with small wire gauges production.

a. This machine adopts PLC control technique, both separate-phases welding and welding time composed of digital and integrated electric circuit, more intelligent and rational, once pressing, and separate welding.

d. The line wire is fed from coils; the cross wire is pre-cut, fed from hopper driven by step motor.
e. Both longitude wire and weft wire can be fed from wire coils automatically.
