• Curtain: The polycarbonate rolling shutter itself consists of horizontal strips of virtually unbreakable crystal clear High-quality polycarbonate, inserted by stainless steel tubes, with plastic end clips/cover fixed on both sides to prevent the curtain from lateral movement. We offer a variety of polycarbonate slats / links, Width*height*thickness, such as 300*115*3 mm, Width*height*thickness, 300*115*2.3 mm

We are using imported high-quality PC materials (LOTTE from South Korea or Makrolon from Germany) to produce polycarbonate roller shutter door slats. 

• Shaft / Axle: made of galvanized steel instead of iron with painting, to make it good-looking and prevent the shaft from getting rust. Diameter inches(side motor), 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, Wall thickness: 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm. 

• Mullions: Removable center mullions are available on request for applications where shutter openings can not be covered by one shutter door.

• Operation way:
• Manual operation: Spring box system, Torsion spring system, Hoist chain system, Wire rope system
• Automatic operation: Side motors, Tubular motors. The shutter doors could be opened/closed by remote controls, switch button, App, etc.
