• Curtain: The polycarbonate rolling shutter itself consists of horizontal strips of virtually unbreakable crystal clear High-quality polycarbonate, inserted by stainless steel tubes, with plastic end clips/cover fixed on both sides to prevent the curtain from lateral movement. We offer a variety of polycarbonate slats/links, such as 300*115*3 mm, Width*height*thickness, 300*115*2.3 mm, and Width*height*thickness.

• Bottom Rail: Extruded aluminum profiles, with rubber weather seal to stop the dust, rain, and insects going inside.
• Guide Rail: custom design extruded aluminum profiles, with brush strips to make the curtain run more quietly and smoothly. 
• Shaft / Axle: made of galvanized steel instead of iron with painting, to make it good-looking and prevent the shaft from getting rust. Diameter inches(side motor), 6 inches, 8 inches, 10 inches, Wall thickness: 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm. 

• Side plates / Brackets: The brackets are manufactured from mild steel and supplied in a premed finish. The brackets can only be installed on a structural fixing surface such as concrete, steel columns, and steel angles are normally used to support the brackets if needed. With plates slotted to accommodate shaft or motor mounting.

• Operation way: Manual operation: Spring box system, Torsion spring system, Hoist chain system, Wire rope system. Automatic operation: Side motors, Tubular motors. The shutter doors could be opened/closed by remote controls, switch buttons, App, etc.
