Introduction od machine

• CTL production line adopt one set of V storage platform consists of two sections which are installed on both sides of ditch for trolley.
• The Cut To Length production line adopt hydraulic double-cone decoiler to fix and open passively strip plate.
• The loop of production line is one deep pit made by the customer with dimension of 3m×2.5m×3m (long×wide×high) for storing materials.
• The plate after being coarse leveled enters into the precise leveling measuring machine.And there are nine rollers totally for the precise leveling measuring, distributed four at upside and five at downside.
• The conveyor bracket of CTL production line is made by the square pipe members welded

Hydraulic system

1.General:  The hydraulic system of this assembly consists of hydraulic station and the corresponding components such as pumps, valves and pipelines. The hydraulic station provides the hydraulic powers for the feeing trolley, decoiler and heading facilities. To ensure the reliable operation of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic components and pumps made by the famous factories in REXROTH.

2.Hydraulic station:

• Rated pressure: 10MPa.
• Rated displacement: 20Ml/r.
• Oil tank capacity: 400L.
• Motor power: 7.5KW-4.
• Applicable oil: N46.

Pneumatic System

1.General: The pneumatic system consists of the compressed air source (provided by the customer), handling components for compressed air source, electromagnetic valve, corresponding pipelines and cylinders. The electromagnetic valve applies the product from China famous brand.

2.Specifications:

• Pressure of compressed air source: 0.8MPa
• Compressed air supply capacity: 0.9 M³/min.

Electric control system

• Power source: three-phase voltage 380V, AC±10%.
• Installed capacity: 80KW
• Frequency: 50Hz±1Hz
• There is one main electric control cabinet (including servo control system) and two control cabinets.
• The main electric control cabinet controls all the electric lines. Its components apply the famous-brand ones made at home. There are two operation cabinets before and behind. One of them controls the feeding section. The other one controls the plate discharging and piling mechanism. The DC motor applies the product made by Euro. It can be operated independently and in linkage as well. The specified length is controlled by the servo motor imported from Siemens and the PLC program. The computer of touch screen controls the machine speed, the specified length and displays the plate quantity.
