This specialized equipment is responsible for forming a flat strip or coil of metal into a cylindrical shape through a process known as tube manufacturing. The edges of the metal are welded together, resulting in a seamless or welded tube. Profile drawing to design
The initial step in the tube manufacturing process is the uncoiler. This machine is responsible for unwinding and feeding a coil of raw material, usually steel, into the tube mill. The material is typically in the form of a flat strip or coil.
Strip Accumulator:Some tube mills utilize a strip accumulator to ensure a continuous supply of material to the forming section. This helps maintain a consistent production flow, even when there are interruptions in the feeding process.
Forming Section:The forming section of the tube mill includes a series of rollers and tooling that gradually shape the flat strip into the desired tubular profile. This can be achieved through various processes such as roll forming or continuous bending. The formed edges of the strip are brought together to create a tubular shape.
Welding Section:In the welding section, the edges of the tubular shape are joined together through a welding process. Different techniques, such as high-frequency induction welding, TIG welding, or MIG welding, may be used depending on factors like material type and thickness.
Cooling Section:After welding, the newly formed tube passes through a cooling section to solidify the weld and reduce the temperature of the tube.
Sizing Section:The sizing section utilizes additional rollers or dies to achieve the final dimensions and roundness of the tube. This stage ensures that the tube meets the required specifications and tolerances.
Cutting and Finishing:Once sized, the tube is cut to the desired length using a cutoff saw or another cutting mechanism. Additional finishing processes, such as end facing and chamfering, may be performed to meet specific customer requirements.
Testing and Inspection:Quality control is a crucial aspect of the tube manufacturing process. Various methods, such as ultrasonic testing or eddy current testing, may be used to ensure the integrity and quality of the tubes.

1. Q: What's the warranty period? (24hours online)
12 months warranty period, starting from the date of the successful installation and commissioning of the equipment at the Buyer’s Installation site. During which all parts damaged because of quality problem will be changed for free.
2. Q: Do you have installation and commissioning service?
A: If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face. If not, manual and video is provided to show how to install and operate.
B: If buyer need we will send technician to buyer site to do installation and commissioning and training.
C: installation and commissioning cost: One engineer will visit Buyer’s workshop for installing, commission and training. The buyer has to pay USD100 per day and visa fee, air tickets fee, accommodation and food, necessary communication, etc.
(Normally ,It takes about a week to install )
3. Q: What’s your after-sales service ?
We provide 24-hour online service for our customers.
And we are happy to give advice and also have skilled technicians available to maintain the machine overseas to customers’ workshop if needed.
4. Q: What's your delivery time ?
Normally we can finish production and testing within 45-70 days after receiving deposit. Some machines in stock, can be delivered at any time

It's 110 kilometers from Hongqiao airport, about 2 hours; It's 125 kilometers from downtown Shanghai about two and a half hours.

11. Q: What can you do if the machine breaks down?
We have 12 months warranty period, if the broken parts can not be repaired, we will send new parts to replace the broken for free.But if the warranty period is over,you need to pat the express fee.We can solve problems through negotiation and provide technical support for the whole life of equipment .
