Equipment Description
The vibrating screen is mainly used for screening materials according to size requirements after crushing, and also for product grading and screening in coal mine, building materials, electric power and chemical industry. This type of vibrating screen has two to four layers, which can be selected by customers. It can screen up to five kinds of aggregates at one time. Its applicable materials include but are not limited to limestone, granite, basalt, quartz stone, river pebble, coal gangue and nonferrous metal ore.

Vibrating screen Drum screen
Screening method Screening using the excitation force generated by a vibration motor belongs to vibration screening. During the screening process, the equipment will not vibrate, but generally the motor and reducer drive the drum to rotate through bearings. The material passes through the screen from high to low inside the drum due to the rotation of the drum, and is successfully screened out. This belongs to rolling screening.
Appearance and structure Mainly composed of screen box, screen frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motor pedestal, vibration damping spring, bracket, etc. It is a cylinder, with one or more layers or several sections of screen mesh on the surface to increase the screening specifications. The volume of the drum screen is generally large, mainly composed of a motor, reducer, drum device, screen mesh, frame, sealing cover, and inlet and outlet. Steel rings will be added at the drum device to prevent deformation of the drum screen.
Working principle Using a vibration motor as the vibration source, the material is thrown up on the screen and moves forward in a straight line. The material evenly enters the feeding port of the screening machine from the feeder, and through multiple layers of screens, several specifications of screening materials and screening materials are produced, which are discharged from their respective outlets. The drum device is tilted and installed on the rack. The electric motor is connected to the drum device through a reducer and a coupling, driving the drum device to rotate around its axis. After the material enters the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the material on the screen surface flips and rolls. Qualified materials (products under the screen) are discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum, while unqualified materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum.
