Drum Shot Blasting Machine Application
This Tilt drum shot blasting machine is one of the latest series of cleaning equipment developed by our company. This machine can be used to clean the workpieces that are easy to flip and fall, the non-brittle parts that are not easily crushed, and the cast, forged and welded parts that not with deep cores, and remove the sand and scale on the surface of the workpiece. The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC control, and the degree of automation is high. It can be used in stand-alone or in conjunction with other equipment.

1. Simple maintenance and simple structure of the drum and machine body, so it can reduce easy-to-wear parts and save the time and cost of maintenance.
2. The mechanism of the new drum shot blasting machine is equipped with a high-efficiency blast wheel. The steel shot can be rotated and shaken up and down during the projection. The workpiece is stirred without impact, and the steel shot is projected evenly.
3. It can handle special workpieces that are thin and small and may be stuck.
4. The mechanism of the new tilt drum shot blasting machine adopts hydraulic control, the equipment working process is stable and the positioning is accurate.
5. Simple and accurate input and ejection. Due to the automatic and smooth movement, the workpiece will not be injured, and it can be gently and completely put and ejected, which is easy to operate.
6. Compared with the traditional tilt drum shot blasting machine, the new drum shot blasting machine is lighter and more maneuverable. It adopts advanced feeding methods and is safer and more reliable.
