Roller Conveyor Shot Blasting Machine Application
This equipment is specially designed for or cleaning and strengthening Metal Sheet/Steel Plate Cleaning etc. It is a kind of roller conveyor passing type automatic shot blasting cleaning equipment, which makes the cleaned workpiece get a certain roughness of the clean surface, increase the adhesion of the paint film, improve the surface quality and anticorrosion effect. Using part of German technology and independent research and development technology, the technical performance of the equipment has reached the leading level in Asia.
The complete machine includes shot blasting room, sub-room, abrasive control unit, shot blasting system, abrasive recycling sorting storage system, ventilation dust removal system, roller conveyor, electrical control system, maintenance platform, and safety system. Mechanical and electrical systems should be equipped with reliable safety protection devices. The shot blasting equipment complies with the relevant standards, certifications and requirements of European CE, German TUV, and French BV.
