Product description
This machine is a pass through type wire mesh belt automatic shot blasting cleaning equipment. It is suitable for sheet metal parts, die castings, flat workpiece , small and medium complex parts etc. It can clean the workpiece surface, increase the paint film adhesion, improve the surface quality and anti-corrosion effect. With many years of research and development and cooperating with Germany THYSSEN KRUPP, our company developed the high power direct coupled shot blast wheel from 7.5KW to 75KW which is the top technology of blast wheel in Asia.

1.The layout of the shot blasting chamber body and the shot blasting wheel is determined by the computer 3D dynamic projection simulation.
2. 4 sets of KT160 high-speed SPA belt-linked high-speed shaft seat centrifugal shot blasting machines are used, which significantly improves the cleaning efficiency, obtains satisfactory cleaning quality, and effectively avoids the occurrence of projectiles blocking and burning the motor.
3.The thickness of the hot zone of the guard plate is 70mm, and the special shot separation structure (8-guide shot wings) maximizes the projectile utilization rate to 95%. In China, this technology is unique to our company.
4.The shot blasting chamber body is welded with 10mm thick steel plate to form a box-shaped structure, with high strength and no vibration. The interior adopts 12mm ZGMn13, and the guard plate is connected by the mouth, which effectively prolongs the service life of the chamber body, and can make full use of the rebound of the projectile to form a secondary cleaning.
5.The front and rear sealing chambers are sealed with a loose-leaf spring V-shaped device, which can effectively prevent the projectile from splashing and reduce the wear and tear of the components to the seal. The remaining sealing layers are sealed with high wear-resistant rubber sheets.
