The shot blasting machine effectively achieves a surface descaling grade of Sa2.5 and a surface roughness level of Ra6.3μm to 12.5μm on the wire rod after cleaning.
This machine features a unique design with a "revolving door + 4-meter double cantilever shaft" system for loading wire rods in coils. This design enables the machine to operate in a duplex mode, enhancing its production capacity. The cantilever shaft, made of special alloy steel, allows the wire to undergo a cleaning action of "up and down + swing around + forward and reverse rotation" during the shot blasting process. This comprehensive cleaning action ensures thorough removal of impurities and scale from the wire rod's surface.
The machine is intelligently controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), offering easy and reliable operation. The PLC system enables precise control over the shot blasting process, ensuring consistent and efficient cleaning results. The operator can conveniently monitor and adjust the machine's parameters to optimize the cleaning performance.

Delivery method: cantilever shaft loading ( When shot blasting, indoor cantilever shaft can works according to the PLC program: clockwise rotation, then counterclockwise; the rotation time is adjustable. Outdoor cantilever shaft is controlled by manual push-button, it is adjusted by staff through the electrical work station )
