| Application | Mainly used in construction, mining, chemical, welded wire mesh, welding hangers, reprocessing, etc. After annealing, the iron wire becomes soft and more flexiable, binding in construction and tying steel rebars. |

Processing for Carbon Steel Round Bars
1. BF: Two 450M3 blast furnace.
2. EAF/BOF: One CONCAST90t ultra-high power electric arc furnace and a 90t complex converter.
3. LF/VD/RH: One set of 90t LF/VD/RH refining furnaces.
4. Coninuous casting: one CONCAST 4-machine and 4-strand billet alloy steel circular-arc type continuous casting machine (180mm*180mm, 250mm*280mm) and a 3-machine and 3-strand big Round billets continuous casting machine (φ300mm,350mm,φ400mm,φ450mm,φ550mm, φ650mm)
5. Ingot casting: Two 35t electric-arc furnace, ingot weight 3.15t,4.23t,5.55t,5.8t,7.05-27t.
6. Electroslag: 11 ESR furnace,ingot weight 2-26.5t,ingot size φ400~1370mm.
7. Forging equipment: One 16MN precision forging machine of Austrian GFM Company and One 60MN rapid forging press of German Meer Group and One 3000t rapid forging press of German Thyssen Group and One hydraulic press made in the Soviet Union.
8. Rolling equpment: The 825 blooming mill and 12-machine continuous mill(850 or 650-400rolling mill) and a set of POMINI24-stand continuous millunit, KOCKS, controlled rolling and controlled cooling unit with ancillary facility.
9. UT: The inspection line of K.K, FOERSTER and One Olympus large round material online inspection equipment.

Our mill obtains GB/T 19001-2008, ISO 9001:2008,and TS 16949:2009 quality management system certification; GB/T 24001-2004, ISO 14001:2004 environment management system certification; GB/T 28001-2001 occupation health safety management system certification; API Q1, ISO TS 29001:2007 petroleum and natural gas industry manufacturing enterprise quality management system certification; ISO/IEC17025:2005 laboratory system certification; and GB/T 19022-2003,ISO 10012 2003 measurement management system certification. The marine forged pieces obtain the authentication of 9 classification societies, which are the British LR,the Norwegian DNV, the French BV, the Japanese NK, the German GL, the Italian RINA, the Chinese CCS, the American ABS,the and Korean KR.The rolled materials obtain the authentication of 5 classification societies, which include the British LR, the Norwegian DNV, the French BV, the American ABS and the German GL.
