2. The main properties of 2520 stainless steel
Due to high content of nickel (Ni) and chromium (Cr), it has good oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and high temperature resistance. High temperature resistant steel tubes are specially used for the manufacture of electric heating tubes, etc., and carbon is added to austenitic stainless steel. After the content, the strength is improved by the solid solution strengthening effect. The chemical composition of the austenitic stainless steel is based on chromium, nickel and other elements such as molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and titanium.
