2. How to make stainless steel coil and stainless steel sheet??
Our mainly stainless steel coil is made from Lisco and TISCO. Our stainless steel sheet is made of stainless steel coil. we have professional equipment machine to cut stainless steel coil into stainless steel sheet according customer required size, and to reproduce the stainless steel surface into BA surface, Mirror surface, No.4, HL, 8K, 16K.
3. Production Flow about stainless steel sheet
Raw materials are sending to hot rolling units for rolling into different sizes
Hot rolled material is annealing in cold; rolled annealing furnace and pickling in acid.
All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shiftoperation.
All sheets are pickled in different tanks and dried on brush roll machine before dispatched.
These sheets are again annealing and are sent to straighten machine for straightening.
Inspections are done at various stages. Keep proper control overall internal process via rolling,annealin and pickling by our experienced staff

You can’t tell just by looking at it. There’s no visible difference between two identical pieces of sheet metal, a polished or grained the exact same way. That’s why you need a material test report (MTR) of the actual material to validate it as being 304 or 316. We make sure we get one with every shipment we receive at Nema Enclosures so that we can assure our customers that the enclosure and its parts are constructed of the exact stainless steel material, as specified and ordered. Some small parts such as clamps and mounting feet, constructed of 316 stainless steel are specifically marked, in this case a number 6 within a circle, as shown in the photo above.
