The automatic C/Z purlin roll forming machine can produce different C and Z purlin specifications using the same equipment with seamless, automatic adjustments, avoiding the need to change forming rollers. The production process is entirely automated, allowing for precise punching, cutting, and forming based on input parameters such as purlin length, longitudinal hole spacing, and quantity.
Fully automatic size adjustment from 100mm to 400mm within 1 minute, controlled by PLC.
Easy manual conversion from C purlin to Z purlin in just half an hour.
Equipped with a servo motor driving system.
Features both hydraulic pre-cutter and hydraulic post-cutter.
Supports rolling thickness from 1.5mm to 4.0mm with a working speed of 0-37m/min.

Levelling Device
