Main technical performance requirements
1. The inner pipe can move from the inside of the drill pipe string to the predetermined limit and suspension position in the outer pipe to prevent the inner pipe from moving up and down during the drilling process and ensure its single action performance;
2. When the inner tube assembly reaches the limit position, it can send a signal to the ground in time, so as to accurately grasp the time of starting the sweeping and drilling to prevent the "single tube" drilling from getting the core;
3. During the drilling process, once the rock core is blocked, it can immediately send a signal to the surface, so that the operator stops drilling and retrieves the core to reduce the wear of the rock core.
4.The length of the inner tube can be adjusted to keep the optimal clearance between the spring seat and the inner step of the drill bit;
5. When the core is clamped, the single-moving part of the inner tube assembly can be moved down a certain distance, so that the card spring seat is seated on the inner step of the bit, and the force of pulling out the core is transmitted to the outer tube through the bit, thereby protecting the thin wall. The inner tube is not damaged;
