12 1/4 inches tricone bit is widely used in drilling projects, oil & gas well drilling, geothermal well drilling, water well drilling, and trenchless drilling,. IADC537G is suitable for drilling medium hardness rocks, like limestone, shale, sandstone, etc.
Drillers use it as integral tri-cone bits, or split it into 3 segment(thrids, 1/3) to weld it on trenchless hole opener, foundation rock piling bucket.
In water and geothermal well drilling fields, elastomer sealed bearing is recommended to achieve high cost-performance. Premium O-ring, optimal seal compression and curved seal structure can enhance the seal performance. The pressure comprensation system and specific grease can greatly increase the reliability of lubricating.
