Our Cir Series Bits are same as Atlas Copco and etc international Cir Series DTH Hammer. The Cir Series hammer including Cir70, Cir90,Cir100,Cir110, Cir130, Cir150 etc with the suitable diameter from 76mm to 170mm Diameter.
We select best steels from Sweden Ovako factory or Baogang, the Tungsten carbide inserts are selected YK05 with hot insert technology.
Cir90mm DTH bits can match with 90mm,100mm,110mm and 120mm DTH bits, We use the best technology to improve the Bit's quality and also compare with Atlas copco and . Up to now, Our Cir series bits have been exported to Brazil, Pure, American, South African, South Aisa etc areas.
The drill bits are normally used on limestone,Granite, bluestone etc. YK05 button inserts can let the drill bits bear any hardness rocks. Special design can improve the drilling efficiency.
Button bits should be reground when penetration rates drop or if the cemented carbide shows signs of damage Fixed grinding routines often result in good working practices.Bits for instance, can be examined and then reground after a specific number of holes, or at the end of the shift. Premature grinding is not necessarily uneconomical since less carbide needs to be ground off. It is better to regrind rather than reducing productivity due to damage.Correct grinding adds considerably to drill bit service life. But equally important, it also enhances the performance of the entire drilling operation, especially hole straightness.
Standard Shank used on CIR series Hammer, Generally the DTH bits are always same as Atlas Copco, , Furukawa etc drill rig.
The minimum diameter for all button bits is +1.5mm above the given dimensions
Cross bits: Can be a maximum of +1mm due to manufacturing tolerance
Button bits: Some bit designs can be a maximum +3mm to compensate for fast diameter wear.
