Thermoplastic marking is widely used in highway and street constrcution. White and yellow are the most common color used in thermoplastic marking projects. The main components of thermoplastic road marking paint include titanium dioxide, C5 petroleum resin, PE wax, eco-friendly plasticizers, and co-solvents. Reflective particles can be added to the paint formulation to enhance visibility during nighttime and rainy conditions, improving driving visibility. When heated to 180-200 degrees Celsius using a hot melt kettle during application, the paint exhibits flow and film formation.
Main Materials:
1. Titanium dioxide : Good whiteness, high purity, small particle size, low oil absorption.
2. C5 resin: Outstanding affinity for pigments , good compatibility with EVA , good heat stability.
3. PE wax: Heat resistance , abrasion resistance, as a lubricant, increase paint processing performance.
4. Calcium carbonate: High precise classification, high whiteness.
