Desulphurized gypsum and phosphogypsum contain high water adhesion, desulphurized gypsum contains excess chloride ion compounds, phosphogypsum contains residual phosphate, sodium and fluorine and chloride ion compounds, these characteristics directly determine the diversity of production line equipment, production process integrity and process personalized design. After years of research and development, the company has developed an industrial by-product gypsum powder production line combining energy-saving, environmental protection two-step method and low and ultra-low temperature calcination, and has done a lot of technical research on the production line raw material treatment, drying, screening, calcination, homogenizing cooling, modification, multi-heat source utilization, automatic control and quality inspection systems.
