1. Diversified volume

2. High quality welding
Our company introduces high-end welding equipment at home and abroad, such as longitudinal seam automatic welding machine and girth seam automatic welding machine. The tank body welding adopts automatic welding, and only the internal anti-wave plate is manual welding. Due to the large amount of automatic welding, the weld seam is uniform, smooth, without cracks, slag inclusions, porosity, undercuts, burn-through or not fully penetrated, etc., which greatly improves the welding quality of the tank.
3. Automatic spraying
Our company has invested heavily to build an automated spray paint production line to implement the most stringent domestic paint spraying standards. The tank body is first sandblasted and polished, and then sprayed twice with anti-rust primer and twice with topcoat. The total thickness of the paint film is not less than 100um.
