Introduction of 18m Aerial Platform Truck
Aerial platform truck, also called high altitude operation truck, is specially designed and produced for aerial work or operation, such as repairing road lights, maintain high buildings, windows, hanging ad boards, power grid maintenance, etc.

1. Hydraulic lifting
Flexible operation and stable performance
Realize the lifting and luffing of the working platform. The telescopic boom can be one or more sections, and hydraulic cylinders are installed between each section. When the hydraulic cylinder is working, each section of the arm can slide up and down along the guide element under the push of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, thereby changing the length of the boom.
2. Outrigger mechanism

H-shaped outriggers have large spans and good stability. The outriggers can be independently retracted and linked. They are equipped with outrigger flashing lights, which are used to display the outriggers during operation and emit light alarm signals. There are joysticks on both sides of the aerial work vehicle, which can make the front, rear, left, and right 4 hydraulic legs independently extend or retract. Even on uneven or inclined ground, the car body can be adjusted to a horizontal state for safe operation. The outriggers are interlocked with the working arm, which is safe and reliable to prevent misoperation.
3. Double-bit operation
Two-position device independent operation
With 2 sets of independent operating devices, there are two modes of operation lever and electronic control. There is one set on the operating platform and a working chair, and the other set is installed on the working bucket and can be operated in the air. The rotary table and the working bucket are operated in two stations, which is safe and reliable in performance.
4. Balance mechanism
Smart lock to ensure safety
During the operation of the working platform (that is, the bucket), the working arm is required to maintain the horizontal state of the bottom surface of the working platform during lifting and luffing. The balancing mechanism of the working platform is composed of two sets of left and right parallelogram link lever devices, and is equipped with adjustable nuts for adjusting the correct position of the lever.
