Water tanker common problems and solutions
First, the sprinkler pump cannot be self-priming, this can be ruled out from the following points:
1. No or insufficient liquid storage in the pump
2. Leakage in the suction pipe Treatment method: check and eliminate air leakage
3. The speed is too low.
4. The suction stroke is too high or the suction pipe is blocked. Treatment method: reduce the suction stroke or shorten the suction pipe
5. Excessive leakage of mechanical seal Treatment method: repair or replace
Second, the pump shaft power consumption is getting larger and larger, this can be ruled out from the following points:
1. Excessive traffic Treatment method: reduce traffic
2. The speed is too high.
3. The pump shaft is distorted or the impeller is stuck. Treatment method: Correct or replace
4. The flow path in the pump is blocked or stuck
