There is a working platform behind the tank, a safety fence is installed on the platform, and a high-level green sprinkler can be installed. The sprinkler can rotate 360 degrees in all directions and can be continuously adjusted into different spraying methods such as straight, heavy rain, light rain, drizzle, etc. Length range ≥28m, height ≥12m, adjusted to drizzle range ≥15m;
A 5mm thick bumper is welded under the rear working platform with channel steel to improve the active safety of the sprinkler. The pump can be self-priming and self-discharging. 1. The production process of the tank body using an automatic assembly line is divided into: domestic blanking, automatic welding of jigsaw plates, head spinning and forming, one-time roll forming of the tank body, and other advanced domestic production processes. The tank body materials are mostly produced using high-quality carbon steel plates. For special applications, 304 stainless steel can also be used according to customer needs.
2. Piping system
From "pipe, four-position three-way ball valve, straight ball valve, filter screen, water outlet (front flush and sprinkle, side spray; high side shower; rear working platform with green sprinkler anti-aircraft gun).
3. Operating system
The transmission is mainly driven by the engine. The power take-off installed on the transmission drives the sprinkler pump. The sprinkler pump generates power and sprays the liquid inside the tank through the pipe network. Working range: self-priming height: ≤7m, sprinkler width: ≥14m, maximum range: ≥28m; can be adjusted into a column, range ≥28m; also can be adjusted into a mist, with a range of ≥5m.
4. Sprinkler pump
Equipped with high-power special sprinkler pump (Weilong pump) for sprinkler truck and green sprayer truck, with fire connector, self-flow valve and self-priming function.
Optional equipment configuration: It can be equipped with advanced facilities such as sprinkler tray, medicine pump, anti-corrosion and anti-rust inside the tank, multi-directional water inlet and outlet joints, solenoid valves, pneumatic valves, etc.
