Introduction of Sinotruk Howo White and Yellow 6x4 336hp 7m3 Concrete Mixer Truck
Mixer truck is a special truck used to transport concrete for construction, also known as snail truck and olive truck. The mixer truck is equipped with a cylindrical mixer drum to carry the mixed concrete. During the transportation process, the mixing drum will always be kept to ensure that the concrete carried will not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually rinsed with water to prevent the residual concrete from hardening and occupying space, which makes the volume of the mixing drum less and less.
1. Mixing tank
High-quality steel plate
The body material of the mixing tank is alloy steel manganese steel, which has higher strength. The mixing blade is a double spiral log thickened blade, which is more wear-resistant. The inner blade is made of fine-grained alloy steel with a unique angle design, which makes the mixing more uniform and the discharge residual rate lower. Thicker high-quality wear-resistant alloy steel head, more stable and dense.
The three major hydraulic components can be selected from the United States Eaton hydraulic pump, motor, Italian reducer or German Rexroth hydraulic pump, motor, German ZF reducer and other well-known imported brands, domestic radiators.
Auxiliary feeding
All are made of high-quality and safe materials, and the safety escalators are equipped with upper and lower safety handrails to facilitate the feeding operation and the washing of the hopper chute and other safe operations.
