The oil tank semi-trailer is mainly used for the transportation of various oil materials and chemical liquids in the petrochemical sector. It has the functions of oil absorption, pump oil, various oil packaging and distribution.
The dedicated part of the fuel truck consists of the tank body, power take-off, transmission shaft, gear oil pump, pipe network system and other components. The pipe network system consists of an oil pump, a three-way four-position ball valve, a two-way ball valve, a strainer, and a pipeline. All refueling vehicles can be designed as chemical vehicles, various heating and thermal insulation tanks; all refueling vehicles can be equipped with computer refueling machines; a wide range of household tonnage options to meet user needs.

1. According to different uses, carbon steel, stainless steel, rotomolded lining, glass steel, plastic cans (polyethylene. Polypropylene), aluminum alloy and other materials can be used to make can bodies. Fuel tank tank type: square, oval, round tank.
2. The tank body is made of genuine WISCO carbon steel plate or stainless steel material according to international standards. It is made by a large-scale 9.5-meter coiling machine. It is made by a one-time roll forming process. It has higher strength, safety and durability. Leak test makes the tank with high strength, stable center of gravity, stable and safe vehicle transportation, etc.
3. The front and rear heads of the tank are cut by a plasma numerical control cutting machine, and then spinned by a flanging machine to increase the strength. The computer-controlled automatic forming heads are fully welded inside and outside, solid and durable;
4. The tank body is automatically welded by gas shielded welding at the welding tooling station to ensure the original quality of the tank body weld. The length of the tank body is manufactured by one-piece integral stringer welding (butt welding process), and the mechanical transverse welds ensure the strength of the tank body. The tank body should be subjected to the whole shot peening process to eliminate weld stress and overall rust removal;
5. The whole tank is divided into single or multiple warehouses. The warehouse can be divided into compartments. There are through holes at the lower end of the middle partition. Each warehouse is divided into multiple compartments or multiple warehouses. The compartments can be divided into compartments. The middle of the warehouse is welded with a sub-reinforced wave barrier to reduce the impact of the oil in the tank and improve the rigidity of the tank when the car is sucking.
