Chassis configuration:
The heavy duty cleaning truck of Sinotruk adopts China National Heavy Duty Truck HOWO chassis, 130 horsepower national five medium-cooled turbocharged engine in Yunnan, Wanliyang six-speed gearbox, 2.7 tons in front axle, 5 tons in rear axle, thick leaf spring Double girder, 7.50 steel tires, ABS, air brake, with central control, electric doors and windows, aluminum alloy fuel tank, 2080 single row cab.

The heavy duty truck for cleaning and absorbing dirt is a special vehicle that integrates cleaning and absorbing dirt into two facilities including a suction pump, a suction tank, and a suction pipe in addition to the high-pressure cleaning truck. It consists of two pumps (high pressure cleaning pump, vacuum suction pump) and two casing circuit systems.

The cleaning tank is made of 4mm WISCO carbon steel, with a volume of 2 squares, with a water pipe, Tianjin Tongjie high-pressure cleaning pump is installed, the pressure is 21Mpa, the flow rate is 135L / min, with a 60-meter inner diameter 19mm cleaning steel wire hose. Ten different-caliber alloys are standard. Nozzle, the coiling force is 1800N, the inner diameter of the hose is 19mm, the coiling speed is 0-25m / min, the pushing force is greater than 180N, and it can pass through the water pipe and sewer pipe with a diameter of 10-80 cm.
Sewage suction tank part configuration:
The suction tank is made of 5mm WISCO carbon steel, with a volume of 4 squares, with a viewing window, an anti-overflow valve, SK-6 water ring vacuum pump (optional oil pump), with an 8-meter dirt-absorbing steel wire rubber tube. 150mm blowdown ball valve, one 100mm diameter inlet, tank body with hydraulic lifting system, hydraulic opening and closing of the rear cover, with self-unloading function, can be pressurized and forced exhaust. The tank body is provided with a liner to prevent deformation of the suction suction tank body.
