1. The fully automatic cement brick machine adopts four-bar guide mode and guide bearing to ensure the accurate movement of the upper mold and the mold.
2. The body of QT4-15B automatic cement brick machine adopts strong steel and welding technology, and the steel used is from Jigang (national standard steel)
3. The motors of QT4-15B automatic cement brick machine come from companies such as Siemens, Shandong Huali Motor and Shanbo Motor. The solenoid valves come from Jiugang, Taiwan. The oil top is a special oil top for large hydraulic machinery. And the motor is made of copper, to avoid the defects of aluminum products that are easy to heat and deteriorate.
4. QT4-15B automatic cement brick machine adopts table vibration, oil top pressure combination, and the concrete is fully liquefied and exhausted within two to three seconds to ensure the high density of the product. It can be stacked, saving a lot of pallet investment.
