UF water treatment plant 30000LPH Ultra-Filtration Membrane Water Purifier System For Fish Farm

ltrafiltration (UF) systems have diverse membrane filtrations where hydrostatic pressure pushes solvents against a very fine membrane. They block suspended particulates and solids that are large while water and solutes with a lower molecular weight are allowed to flow through the membrane.

Industry and research employ this separation process for purifying and concentrating macromolecular (103 - 106 Da) solutions, which are usually protein solutions. Ultrafiltration is similar to microfiltration, nanofiltration or gas separation, except it differs in the molecule sizes it blocks.

To meet critical discharge criteria, ultrafiltration systems remove the need for clarifiers and multi-media filters. Effective ultrafiltration systems use membranes that can be immersed, back-flushable, and air scoured. Spiral wound UF/MF membranes offer excellent performance for the clarification of process water and waste water.

This system is designed as regards to customer raw water test report and application.

Pumps:

CHUNKE is using CNP/Grundfos/Danfoss pump for high pressure pumps and raw water pump. We are using SEKO

pump for chemical dosing. As regards to customer budget, customer can choose one brand from them.

Sand Filter Tank:

We are giving three option to you for sand filter tank; FRP, Stainless Steel S304 and Stainless Steel 316. For food

and pharmaceutical industry we suggest SS316, of course the raw water source is also is important to choose tank

material. To choose correct tank, we have to check every data of your application and then suggest to you most

appropriate solution.

CHUNKE has all kind of sand media at its stock. Commonly customers are using 1-2mm,2-4mm, 4-8mm,

8-16mm size Quartz Sand.

If you want to use FRP tank, the tank size is Ф1800 x 2400mm, our code for this tank is CK-7296. Flow rate is

50-80 m3/h and you can put 5200kg sand inside.

If you want to use Stainless Steel 304 or 316 tank the tank size is Ф1800 x 2400mm, our code for this tank is

CK1-7296. Flow rate is 50-80 m3/h and you can put 5200kg sand inside.

Carbon Filter Tank:

Carbon filter is same with sand filter,tank material will be decided by you and our engineering team as FRP

orstainless Steel 304 or 316.

If you want to use FRP tank, the tank size is Ф1800 x 2400mm, our code for this tank is CK-7296. Flow rate is

50-80m3/h and you can put 1750kg activated carbon inside.

If you want to use Stainless Steel 304 or 316 tank the tank size is Ф1800x 2400mm, our code for this tank is

CK1-7296. Flow rate is 50-80 m3/h and you can put 1750kg activated carbon inside.

Water Softener (Resin) Tank:

If you raw water has hardness, you can choose CHUNKE water softener tank in your system, size is same with

sand and carbon filter. You can choose material as FRP or Stainless Steel. You can put 3500L resin in CK-7296

type FRP tank.

Cartridge Filter Housing & Cartridge (Φ400×1500mm)

All our Reverse Osmosis and Ultrafiltration Water Treatment Machine has cartridge filter housing before

membrane, membranes are most important and expensive parts of system. Therefore we have to protect them,

cartridge filter housing material is SS304 or SS316. We mostly using 5micron or 1 micron PP cartridge.

For 30000LPH 40", 22 pieces cartridges are enough.

Our Stainless Steel Cartridge Housing code is CK40-22core×40", its diameter is 400mm, it has 22 core (you can

put 22 cartridges), cartridge height is 40" and all universal cartridge is suitable to use in our housing.

We suggest you to change cartridges in every month.

Membrane:

The most important part of UF Water Treatment Machine is membrane, in market there are a lot of membrane

available.

Ultrafiltration membrane element CK-UF200, membrane material: PVDF, single membrane water production: 2-5.0m3/h.

As regards to customer application and budget, our team offer from Vontron/GE/DOW/TORAY or our CHUNKE

brands. Our company do not use no name membranes or low quality membranes.

Electronic Parts:

PC programmable automatic control is Mitsubishi,if you want PLC touch screen panel, we use driver Siemens or

Danfoss.

All electronic parts are France Schneider contactors, thermal relays, knobs, switches, lights, Korean pressure

controller, time controller.

Acceptance Instructions And Quality Assurance

4.1 Provide all products according to the agreed brand, quantity and type of the contract;

4.2 Meet the relevant requirements for capacity and stability by agreement;

4.3 The buyer may send a representative to the seller for inspection before leaving the factory, and leave the factory after passing the test;

4.4 After the completion of the equipment installation and commissioning training, the two parties have passed the confirmation and the acceptance is completed.

4.5 The buyer shall ensure that the installation conditions of the site meet the requirements and provide personnel with the cooperation;
