Product Application

CH-RO-500L/H Economic purified water reverse osmosis unit is self-developed newly purified water treatment equipment, which based on introduction of international advanced technology and combination of domestic actual situation. The main component adopts the international most advanced imported reverse osmosis membrane as the main filter component. It is consist of FRP mechanical filter, FRPactive carbon filter, FRP ion exchanger, stainless steel precision security filter, stainless steel multi–stage centrifugal pump, cycling back washing system, ion reclamation system, high and low voltage protection and control system, electric time-lag control system, conductivity current display system and reserve osmosis membrane filter system etc. The unit is made of the SUS304 sanitary stainless steel. It has functions such as fully automatic intelligent control, automatic cycling washing, high-low voltage protection and automatic continuous water discharge. It has advantages of rational and compact structure, small sized occupation and easy to operation, good performance, reliability and safety and etc.
 

500L/H RO system small mineral water plant is designed with pre-treatment multimedia filters, it including sand filter, carbon filter,water softener and micron filter, which can romove big suspending particles,Reverse Osimos unit can filtrate over 99% dissolved solid,It is the most precison filter process.
 
RO water filter treatment process:
Raw water storage tank -- Raw water pump -- Sand filter -- Carbon filter -- Water softener -- Brine Tank -- Security filter -- RO unit -- Pure water tank
RO water filter treatment specification:
 
1. Sand filter - mainly used for the removal of the sediment from water.
2. Carbon filter--mainly used for chlorine removal and other organic gases, also to clear up the taste of water .
3. Water Softener--Exchange "Ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
4. High pressure pump- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane.
5. RO Unit-- The main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions.
6. Pure water tank:After the below process,The water result is pure enough for different application.
