Intro:
This series of machines are closed welding rack heat shrink baking machines, suitable for heat shrinking or baking of relatively small products such as wire harness heat shrink tubing, heat shrink film packaging, circuit boards, inductor coils, copper bars, hardware accessories, etc.
1. The machine uses far-infrared heating tubes for heating. There are heating tubes installed on the top, bottom, left and right sides, which can heat at the same time. It is also equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan. When heating, the fan can stir the heat evenly to keep the whole box at a constant temperature: the products that need to be heat-shrunk and baked can be heated on all sides at the same time, maintaining the original characteristics of the products, so that the products will not deform or discolor after heat shrinkage and baking, and the quality is stable;
2. The high-temperature Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistance 0~350℃) is used for assembly line feeding, with fast baking speed and high efficiency;
3. The welding frame structure mode requires customization of the size and structure. The model has a compact structure and exquisite design, and it has dual functions of floor-standing and desktop options;
4. Intelligent control system, the heating temperature and speed can be adjusted at will, which can adapt to the temperature and heat shrink time requirements of different products;
5. Independent control electric box, away from high temperature; the double-layer design of the heating box, with high-temperature insulation cotton (temperature resistance 1200℃) in the middle, prevents the temperature of the box surface from overheating, which not only makes the working environment comfortable, but also reduces energy waste.
