This series of machines are semi-open welding frame structure heat shrink baking machines, suitable for electronic wiring harnesses and new energy wiring harness heat shrink tubes, circuit boards, inductor coils, copper bars, hardware accessories and other products (the heat shrink baking size range is small, but the product size is relatively long), or the heat shrinking and baking of products that can only be shrunk and baked at one end.
1. The machine uses far-infrared heating tubes for heating (new energy wiring harnesses use thermal radiation heating shrink tubes). Heating tubes are installed on the top, bottom, left and right sides, and can be heated at the same time; and it is equipped with a high-speed centrifugal fan. When heating, the fan can stir the heat evenly to keep the entire box at a constant temperature: the products that need to be shrunk and baked can be heated all around at the same time, maintaining the original characteristics of the product, so that the product will not deform or change color after shrinking and baking. Stable quality;
2. Use high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt (temperature resistance 0~350℃), feed in assembly line mode, fast baking speed and high efficiency;
3. Welding frame structure mode, size change needs to be customized, compact structure, exquisite design, more floor-standing and desktop dual-function options, and can be moved at will to connect the production line and production line synchronous control;
4. Intelligent control system, heating temperature and speed can be adjusted at will, can adapt to the temperature and heat shrink time requirements of different products;
5. Independent control electric box, away from high temperature; double-layer design of heating box, with high-temperature insulation cotton (temperature resistance 1200℃) in the middle, so that the surface temperature of the box will not overheat, not only makes the working environment comfortable, but also reduces energy waste.
