YS-L601 is a desktop screwdriver, it consists of feeding system, operating platform and screwdriver.
How it works: Operator needs to put product on platform by hand. And then step/press on pedal. Machine will tighten screw automatically. At last, take out the finished product and put the next one by hand.
Automatic Air Blowing Screws Feeder Screwdriver Machine With Z Axis , comparing trantional handheld screwdriver machine, it can save operator's hands. With Z axis, operator does not need to hold the screwdriver. The machine will automatic feeding screws to screwdriver, then press foot switch, screwdriver will come down for tightening screws into product.
This screwdriver machine with feeder is suitable for M2 to M6 screws. And screw length should be at least 1.3 times of screw head diameter to make sure good feeding.
Note: Screws should have screw head.
