3. When the machine is in working condition, please hang the corresponding identification plate. 4. Non-professionals are not allowed to repair the machine. When repairing electrical faults, turn off the power first.
1-2. Operation process
Steps that must be determined before starting the machine
1. Whether the air valve has been opened and whether the ground wire is well grounded.
2. Before turning on the power, confirm whether each cylinder is in its original position. If any cylinder is not in its original position, please reverse the corresponding air pipe (except for the iron sheet feeding and distributing block).
3. After turning on the machine and powering on, check whether the iron sheet is in its original position. If it is not in its original position, please press the iron sheet return button on the human-machine interface to return the iron sheet to its original position.
4. After turning on the power, turn on the power of the vibration plate and the direct vibration at the same time, and set the parameters.
After the above items are confirmed and the boot conditions are met, you can press START to start the machine.
