Dust Collection Pulse Jet Bag Filter for Workshop Fume Extracting
Baghouse are used to filter and collect solid particulates in dust gas, and such filter is widely used in the industries in terms of power station, metallurgy, cement, glass, chemicals and papermaking etc.
Thededusting efficiency is very high and can reach over 99.99%; the filter is not sensitive to the properties of dust, will not get any impact from dust and electric resistance and it can operate at the high temperature conditions of over 200ºCwhen the high temperature resistant filtering materials such as glass fiber,PTFE and P84 are used.
We has optimized and innovated again based on absorbing domestic and foreign excellent technologies, and has acquired multiple patented technologies interms of compressed air blowing system, aidlow distribution etc. The optimized bagtype filter has the features as high dedusting efficiency,low steel consumption, low resistance and small coverage area etc.
Details of our dust collector:
1. BAG FILTER DUST COLLECTOR, it has taken the temperature gas to lower temperature gas inlet structure, the rough high temperature granules directly drop to the dust hopper and effectively protects the filter bag.
2. The longer filter dust collector takes smaller area which will increase the production processing space, therefore, it is more convenient for reconstruction of old factories.
3. takes separate chamber off line dust cleaning in bag filter dust collector design and it is with high efficiency and few secondary flour dust attachment, meanwhile it can effectively save the energy consumption. Such design effectively protects the filter bags and pulse valves and saves the operation and maintenance cost for the dust collector system.
4. The filter bags will be replaced without stopping the filtration system.
