The Y-axis compensates for the X-axis during measurements, and RION's patented interleaved temperature compensation algorithm enhances the performance of the micro-mechanical electronic system. Both models are designed for easy installation with magnetic adsorption on the sides and bottom, making them versatile and convenient for various applications. The instruments can measure using both sides of the reference surface.
