B-M Series Multi-stage Canned Motor Pump
DESCRIPTION
The multi-stage type is equipped with complex impellers, suitable for high lift fluid transportation, with a maximum lift of up to 600m.
Precautions for using Canned motor pump:
1. During normal operation, the outlet valve should not be closed tightly and should be kept slightly open to prevent air blockage in the pump.
2. It is strictly prohibited to operate without liquid or for more than 1 minute to prevent damage to the motor and bearings.
3. It is strictly prohibited to run in reverse for more than 1 minute, as reverse operation may cause abnormal wear of the bearings.
4. It is strictly prohibited to operate under cavitation conditions, otherwise it may cause early wear of the bearings.
This pressure vessel only has a static seal and is equipped with a wire group to provide a rotating magnetic field and drive the rotor. This structure eliminates the rotary shaft sealing device that traditional centrifugal pumps have, so it can achieve complete leak free operation.
It adopts international standard design, the maximum operating flow is 200m3/h, the maximum head is 600m, the temperature range is -150°C, and the maximum pressure of the system design is 10MPa.

FEATURES
Canned motor pump is composed by canned motor and pump, the inner surface of the stator and the outer surface of the rotor are covered by a thin-walled non-magnetic corrosion-resistant metal, so the stator winding, the rotor core will not be eroded by the conveying liquid, due to they are completely separated. In addition, the impeller is directly installed at the shaft extension of the rotor, the entire rotor is immersed in the conveying liquid, no rotating parts extend outside, is a structure without leakage, so it has the following advantages
