Industrial Hopper Auger Screw Feeder are spiral bulk material transportation systems that convey raw ingredients to and from processing areas that are on different levels of a facility. These conveyors can horizontal transport materials, also it can slanted at different angles to economically elevate and convey materials up and down floors. They require ample space and an increased amount of power to lift the material, depending on the steepness of the angle.
Conveyor can be horizontal, tilt and vertical transmission, but also the composition of space transmission lines, transmission lines are generally fixed. Conveyor transport capacity, long-distance, but also in the transportation process while completing a number of process operation, it is widely used.
Compared with other conveyor equipment, the bicephalous bearing of this machine has been installed outside the shell. The hanger bearing is a rolling and sheave interconverted structure with a dust-proof sealed appliance, the sealed material is nylon plastic which can give a better seal effect and enduring performance. Cleaning device is installed beside the discharge port. Low noise, agility adaption, easy handling and maintainance, flexible work location.
It is widely used in mining ,metallurgy ,coal and other industries .The screw conveyor is suitable to convey powder, granule, patch and scattered material such as cement, dust coal, food, fertilizer, inder, sand,the temperature must be less than 200 °C. Material which is easily deteriorated,viscous and easily lump is unsuitable .
