Water-Mist Rice Polisher Polishing Machine is a water mist polisher machine,to make the white rice more bright with high standard and low breakage machine,which is widely used in the rice mill production line to polish the white rice more bright and white.when working inside will connect water and spray the water on the inside roller, then to low and clean the roller work to make the polisher work.

Usage and features

WFPG140 polisher is used for white rice polishing. This product is designed as an integrated structure, which is superior to the technological arrangement and structure of the traditional polisher, and makes operation more intelligent and simple. The way of twice dampening makes rice polishing more even and surface roughness much higher. Therefore, it is the ideal equipment for rice mills to improve whitening degree of finished rice.

Working principle
Based on the whitening degree of incoming white rice and requirements to finished rice quality, as well as the rated output of the polisher, bright and white rice or clean rice (through two-stage polishing) with less rice bran will be obtained through adjusting the feed water amount in the feeding hopper seat and main shaft vent, and the distribution ratio of dampening stage and polishing stage of the polishing chamber.
