Specification
1. Working table design as 8mm in thickness 5052 aluminum alloy materials,no deformation when heating and have longer service time.
2. The vacuum pump performance could match the Europe brand,and its main parameter have over the Germany products .the pump head adopts low alloy cast iron ,higher abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance.
3. The machine frame board all choose whole steel plate which made up 8 piece in one part,the heating could be spread all-around workpiece when the machine working,keep the welding complete..
4. Electric parts:low voltage appliances adopts Schneider brand,inverter choose Siemens. Omron time relay,AirTAC pneumatic parts ,long service time.
5. when the machine make complete membrane,silicone board only play the role of warm.positive pressure working without silicone board but small piece membrane.
6. The machine have heat and cold system to work ,cold air in after finishing the membrane out.no rebound and good quality.
7. Advanced pneumatic ball valve for accuracy of execute system.
8. White steel sensor for stable performance and service life.
