EM4305 RF card information introduction:
 
EM4305 is a CMOS integrated circuit, which is mainly used in radio frequency reading and writing cards. Its power supply is obtained by inducing a continuous 125KHZ magnetic field through an external coil. The coil and the capacitor integrated in the chip form an oscillation circuit. Fetching data and sending it out is by switching the on-off of the load resistor connected in parallel with the coil, the command and EEPROM data are updated through the 125KHZ magnetic field modulated by 100% AM, and a variety of rates and data encoding methods are optional , the option is done through the configuration word of the EEPROM. The read and write access to the EEPROM is protected by a 32-bit password. All data blocks in the EEPROM can be protected by setting the lock bit, which can turn all data blocks into only Read, the EM4305 chip contains a factory programmed 32-bit unique ID number, chip type and customer code.
