The Keysight N5247B PNA-X Microwave Network Analyzer 10 MHz to 67 GHz is an integrated and flexible test engine that can measure active devices such as amplifiers, mixers, and frequency converters. The PNA-X analyzer is more than just a vector network analyzer, they are also a full-featured and flexible microwave test engine when it comes to measuring active devices such as amplifiers, mixers and inverters. Its hardware includes two internal signal sources, a signal combinator, S-parameter and noise receivers, pulse modulators and generators, and a set of switches and RF access points. These hardware provide a powerful core for making a variety of linear and nonlinear measurements, all of which can be performed simply by connecting to the device under test via a set of connections.
The Keysight N5247B PNA-X Microwave Network Analyzer (10 MHz to 67 GHz) is a flexible, integrated test engine capable of measuring active devices such as amplifiers, mixers and converters.
