QA will check fan grills panel ,before silkprint ,if the fan grills panel have a serious scratches ,QA will select it and put it on the defective area ,then return back to the supplier ,we will not use for production.

Outlook checking
QA will check the outlook of the product after finish the test .

QA will check at least 5 pcs the goods by stochastically each hour .

Online Inspection
QA will test 100% of product for all the function on the online test house ,test the fan motor of power ,frequency ,temperature rise ,rotation ,Hi pot test.

Silkprint
Silk print one by one and check it is ok ,then put them on the high temperature to make sure the logo is well fixed.

Clean
If the Product can pass the above testing ,then the worker will clean the fan before packing .

     Life test
     The unit must be test no less than 30 days without breakdown .
