Retro table fan Quality Assurance(QA)

QA will check many parts before production,such as all fan parts' materials,like fan motor,fan

grill,fan balde,fan pole,fan base and other small parts.

Fan motor

All fan motors are produce by our factory,we will use testing machine to 100% test all fan

motor.

Also test the noise of the motor.Those unqualified products will send back to motor workshop

and rework them.

All fan parts

All fan parts will be check carefully when the supplier send to our factory,if some parts

have scratch,we will return to suppliers.

Silkprint

Silk print one by one and check it is ok,then put them on the high temperature to make sure

the logo is well fixed.

Online Inspection

QA will test 100% of product for all the function on the online test house ,test the fan motor of

power,frequancy,temperature rise,rotation,Hi pot test.

QC Room test

QA will check at least 5 pcs the goods by stochastically each hour .

Outlook checking

QA will check the outlooking of the product after finish the test .

Clean

If the Product can pass the above testing ,then the worker will clean the fan before packing .

Life test

The unit must be test no less than 30 days without breakdown .
