Chris RC photo paper is made up of premium grade wood pulp paper base and resin coated coating and total 6 layers coating. This premium resin coated photo paper have a special micro-porous top coat to obtain heavy ink saturation and keep quick dry. Resin coated photographic paper is the most expensive of all photographic paper, but it also produces the best results. Your prints are not only waterproof, but also colorful and sharp.

Luster photo paper are widely designed for wide format photography, graphics, CAD, or general purpose inkjet printers using waterborne dyes and/or pigment inks.Glossy paper is a popular choice for weddings and portrait photography because glossy looks natural.In addition, the finish creates a soft contrast that can blur imperfections in the skin.When each print is passed around in a book or album, prints on fine glossy photographic paper are less likely to show fingerprints.

Satin (semi-glossy) photo paper balances the desire to print vibrantly colored photos with the need to produce photographic prints that reflect less glare, attract less dust and show fewer fingerprints. Satin photo paper is a great choice for colorful photo prints that will be frequently handled. The surface of satin photo paper has a noticeable sheen but the prints don’t show as much dust or fingerprints as a glossy photo paper.

What is a resin coated photo paper?

Resin coated photographic paper is generally thinner than fiber, weight about 200, 230 / 240, 250 / 260, 270 / 280 gsm. The paper is sealed between layers of polyethylene, topped with an emulsion and a supercoating. Because the paper is completely sealed in the resin layer, it does not absorb any liquid. That's why resin-coated paper is quick to clean and the chemicals never penetrate the paper itself. Another advantage is that the paper dries quickly and smoothly. Because the emulsion layer is located at the top of the polyester on the resin coated paper, the imaging depth is less than that of the fiber.
